Customers of Roseville Electric who install a Level 2 (240-volt AC) plug-in charger at their residence are eligible for a $200 rebate. The qualified charger must be installed at and the current vehicle registration must be at a residential dwelling unit receiving electricity from Roseville Electric Utility, with a current electric service account. Pasadena Water and Power customers can receive a $600 rebate when they install a qualifying Wi-Fi enabled Level 2 (240-volt) electric vehicle (EV) charger, or a $200 rebate when they install a standard (Non Wi-Fi) EV charger in their home.

Eligible customers may receive a rebate of up to $1,000 for the purchase and installation of a qualified Level 2 (240-volt) charging station and a $250 rebate for the installation of a dedicated EV meter.
In addition, income-eligible customers participating in LADWP's Senior Citizen/Disability Lifeline or EZ-SAVE programs are eligible for an additional $500 rebate.

Island Energy electricity customers who are current owners or lessees of plug in electric vehicles with an electric range in excess of 30 miles per charge are eligible for a rebate of up to $600 for the installation of a Level 2 (240-volt) home charging station.

Burbank residents may apply for an EV charging station rebate of up to $1,500 to offset some of the costs of purchasing and installing one or two Level 2 charging stations.
Residential customers can get rebates of up to $1,250 with an electric panel upgrade. Customers living in a Disadvantaged Community (DAC) area of Burbank can qualify for increased rebate amounts of up to $1,500 with an electric panel upgrade.

Azusa Light & Power EV customers who install an ENERGY STAR Level 2 (240-volt) EV charger in their residence are eligible for $150 rebate. A Level 2 EV charging unit will charge an electric vehicle up to 6 times faster than standard 110 volt household outlets and can add up to 25 miles of range per hour of charging.
