This program provides rebates to commercial customers and schools to electrify their vehicle fleet. Business fleet customers receive $5,000 per charging station and up to $45,000 per site for associated EV charger infrastructure upgrades. Schools receive $10,000 per EV charger and up to $95,000 per site for associated infrastructure upgrades.
All program participants with an associated sub-meter installation may receive up to a $5,000 rebate. In addition, Anaheim will pay the applicable city permit fees, reimburse city plan check fees up to $1,500 and electric service connection fees up to $2,000.

Purchase and install a maximum of six (6) level-2 EV charging stations at your multi-family service address to become eligible for cash rebates.
AMP's Multi-family EV charger rebate consists of $8,000 for each level 2 charging station.
The $8,000 rebate for each level 2 charging station (up to 6) can be used toward the cost of the charging station(s), the cost of installation (including any necessary electrical upgrades) and the cost of a city permit.

Trinity Public Utilities Department offers an incentive in the form of a credit on your electrical account of $700 per qualified charging unit for the installation of a new Level 2 charging station. Applicants must be a current Trinity Public Utilities Department customer and submit the incentive application within six months of charger installation.

The Transportation Authority of Marin offers a EV equipment grant program to assist public agencies that install employee-only or publicly accessible EV charging stations. Based on a first-come first-serve basis until funds are depleted.
Provides matching funds of 88.25% of the complete installation up to $1,500 for one Level 1 charger (per charging head) or up to $3,000 for one Level 2 charger (per charging head)

The Modesto Irrigation District is offering a rebate of up to $350 on Level 2 electric vehicle charging stations for residential and commercial customers.

Lodi Electric offers a rebate up to $4,000 to commercial customers for the purchase and installation of a new, qualifying DC Fast Charging and Level 2 (240-volt) electric vehicle charging station. Applications must be postmarked no later than 180 days after the purchase of the Level 2 charger. This program has a limited budget. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis, until funds are depleted.

The San Luis Obispo County Air Pollution Control District (APCD) Carl Moyer Incentive Program provides funding to individuals, businesses and public agencies to help pay for projects that reduce emissions from heavy-duty engines, with a focus on diesel emissions reduction. Incentives are available for the installation of electric vehicle charging stations at a variety of destinations. Please see website for additional information.

The District is currently accepting applications for its Charge Up! Program. This Program provides funding for public agencies, businesses, and property owners of multi-unit dwellings in the San Joaquin Valley to install electric vehicle (EV) chargers. These chargers will support existing EV owners and encourage the growth of the clean technology in the Valley. Funding is based on charger type, with a $50,000 funding cap per applicant/site.
Level 2 Single Port: $5,000
Level 2 Dual Port: $6,000
Level 3/DC Fast Charger: $25,000

The Northern Sonoma County Air Pollution Control District is accepting applications for the Go Green! Grant Program. The Grant Program provides reimbursements to business, public agencies, or other
organizations within District boundaries that wish to install publicly available EV Chargers.
Level 1 Charging Station: $1,000 per charger
Level 2 Charging Station: $2,000 per charger
DC Fast Charger: $5,000 per charger
Charging Station Installation: $3,000 per charger (no more than $15,000 per project)

In 1990, Assembly Bill 2766 (AB 2766) was adopted into the California Health and Safety Code (CH & SC) Section 44220-44247. AB 2766 authorizes the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to collect a motor vehicle registration clean air surcharge of $4 per vehicle. Revenues generated from AB 2766 are directed for use in the purposes of reducing air pollution from motor vehicles and other related sources needed to implement the California Clean Air Act (CCAA).The District allocates a substantial portion of annual AB 2766 funds to support its DMV Grant Program & DMV Grant Vehicle Voucher Program.. Both programs are designed to provide a mechanism for the fair, unbiased distribution of AB 2766 funds to eligible emission reduction projects located within Eastern Kern County. Eligible DMV Grant Program projects include: Installation of an Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station, Installation of a CNG Refilling Station, Alternative Fuel Mechanics Training, Public Education Courses, and Innovative Vehicle-Related Emission Reduction Proposal. Eligible projects can qualify for up to $50,000.
