South Coast Air Quality Management District - Replace Your Ride

The South Coast Air Quality Management District is offering up to $12,000 to replace your 2010 or older vehicle (e.g. 2009, 2008, 2007, etc) with a 2017 or newer, cleaner running Plug-in Hybrid, Fuel Cell, or Battery Electric Vehicle. The program is limited to vehicle owners residing in the jurisdiction of the South Coast Air Quality Management District who meet the income and vehicle requirements.
