Free EV Charging at City of Sacramento Parking Lots

incentive program desc

There is no additional cost to use EV chargers when parked in a City-owned parking facility, with the exception of the Sacramento Valley Station (Lot 293) where payment for both parking and charger access is required. Electric vehicles parked on the street are still subject to posted parking regulations, including payment of meter fees.
To qualify for the Electric Vehicle Parking Program, vehicles must be 100 percent electric. Hybrid vehicles do not qualify for the electric vehicle program. To determine if your vehicle is eligible, DMV must designate your vehicle as being all electric.
